Mobikom processes personal data strictly under valid statutory legal bases:
- Article 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interests: Ephemeral server connection logs (IP addresses, request headers) processed to defend network endpoints against intrusion, mitigate denial-of-service threats, and ensure technical stability.
- Article 6(1)(b) Contract / Direct Inquiries: Contact information provided by users who initiate direct correspondence with our operations desk, processed solely to respond to their specific communication.
3. Statutory Rights of Data Subjects (Articles 15–22)
Under European Union law, individuals whose data is processed by our infrastructure hold enforceable rights:
- Right of Access (Art. 15): Obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed.
- Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate personal records.
- Right to Erasure / "To Be Forgotten" (Art. 17): Request deletion of email correspondence records where processing grounds no longer apply.
- Right to Restriction (Art. 18) & Objection (Art. 21): Contest processing operations based on legitimate interests.
